About the Founder
Starting out as a humble Medical Representative with Allenbury’s (an erstwhile division of Glaxo), our founder, Naresh Katara progressed to the role of an inspiring CEO over his 37 years professional journey.
Across diverse roles in Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence and L&D, he has left his footprint in GlaxoSmithKline (India, UK, Bangladesh), Ranbaxy Laboratories India and Sava Healthcare Ltd India.
It was his passion to share his learnings that nudged him to build this platform called GrowthStori.
“People come first” and “Strategic thinkers build great organisations”
These were the two mantras that he learned from legendary leaders. This laid the foundation of GrowthStori.
Naresh’s success stories include the making of iconic brands like AUGMENTIN, CEFTUM, SERETIDE, ZIMIG, SYNASMA, CERVARIX & SYNFLORIX. Another chapter from these stories includes the creation of numerous leaders who today lead reputed and large businesses. Taking this forward, he trained with the Indian Association of Training and Development as a certified Master Trainer.
